About

I have been a long distance runner for over 25 years. My competitive years included numerous shorter races and seven marathons, qualifying twice to run the Boston Marathon. 

Because I so strongly believe in fitness, and I love teaching, I fulfilled a dream to become a certified personal fitness trainer. My goal as a trainer is to help others embrace their health by living an active, healthy lifestyle and to understand that what they eat and the activities they do are the foundation for lifelong vitality!

 
GROUP TRAINING

I also offer small group boot camp (3-5 clients) training. (This will be a general workout session without specifics to individual clients.)

PERSONAL TRAINING

Once we meet and determine your individual needs, I will create a plan to help you attain your goals. I offer one-on-one personal training in the comfort of your own home or local park. I bring everything to you!

Services

I offer many services including one-on-one training and small group training. No need to drive to a gym as I come to you with everything we will need for an awesome workout!

Some important skills we will work on will be muscle tone, posture, cardio, and core strength. I also have extensive background in nutrition and can assist you in nutritional advice and weight loss. 

I am especially skilled in working with clients over 40 but am adept at training anyone. I also love to work with beginning runners who want to train for their first race or marathon. 

If you have never worked out or have worked out but lost the motivation and want a new start, I am the trainer for you!
